Throwback to my east coast roots, this soup is beyond decadent, amazing for birthdays or entertaining or if you hit the lottoĀ š.
What Youāll Need:
- 1 big potĀ
- 1 knifeĀ

1L spring waterĀ š¦
- 6L Ripe Chicken BrothĀ
- 4 medium onionsĀ
- 2 shallotsĀ
- 3 large carrotsĀ
- 2 celery stalksĀ
- 1 bulb of fennelĀ
- 2 cloves of garlicĀ
- 2 bay leafs
- 1 handful fresh parsleyĀ
- 1 handful fresh dillĀ
- 1 lemonĀ

1 tbsp Ripe Olive OilĀ or gheeĀ
- Salt and pepper to tasteĀ
From my Harvest Best Foods Box:
- Alaskan king crab legsĀ
- Jonah stone crabĀ
- Chilean sea bass
- Alaskan halibutĀ
- Pacific white shrimpĀ
- Atlantic sea scallops
Cooking Instructions:Ā
- Chop all veggies
- SautĆ© all veggies on medium heat for 3 minutes until onions are translucentĀ
- Add broth and waterĀ
- Hour three Add shell fish
- With 5 minutes left before serving, add the rest of the seafood
- Low simmer for 4 hours serve hotĀ
