One pot seafood soupšŸ¦ž

Throwback to my east coast roots, this soup is beyond decadent, amazing for birthdays or entertaining or if you hit the lottoĀ šŸ˜‰.

What Youā€™ll Need:

  • 1 big potĀ 
  • 1 knifeĀ 
  • 1L spring waterĀ šŸ’¦
  • 6L Ripe Chicken BrothĀ 
  • 4 medium onionsĀ 
  • 2 shallotsĀ 
  • 3 large carrotsĀ 
  • 2 celery stalksĀ 
  • 1 bulb of fennelĀ 
  • 2 cloves of garlicĀ 
  • 2 bay leafs
  • 1 handful fresh parsleyĀ 
  • 1 handful fresh dillĀ 
  • 1 lemonĀ 
  • 1 tbsp Ripe Olive OilĀ or gheeĀ 
  • Salt and pepper to tasteĀ

  • Alaskan king crab legsĀ 
  • Jonah stone crabĀ 
  • Chilean sea bass
  • Alaskan halibutĀ 
  • Pacific white shrimpĀ 
  • Atlantic sea scallops

Cooking Instructions:Ā 

  1. Chop all veggies
  2. SautĆ© all veggies on medium heat for 3 minutes until onions are translucentĀ 
  3. Add broth and waterĀ 
  4. Hour three Add shell fish
  5. With 5 minutes left before serving, add the rest of the seafood
  6. Low simmer for 4 hours serve hotĀ
