Ingredients:
- 1L of ripe grass fed beef broth
- 2 tbsp of ripe organic olive oil
- 3 large Heirloom Tomato’s🍅chopped
- 1 shallot or 1/2 small white onion 🧅diced
- 1 clove of garlic smashed + diced
- Flakey sea salt + cracked black pepper
1 handful of fresh basil 🌿 - As much parmigiana as you want! ✨
Instructions :
- In one medium pot add 1L of beef broth and reduce until you are left with one quarter of the contents (sooo much flavour)✨
- Add in 2 tablespoons of ripe olive oil
- 1 tbsp of butter 🧈
- Add in your chopped tomatoes 🍅
- Add your shallots + garlic 🧄
- Simmer on medium low heat for 1-3 hours until it looks like sauce🥫lol or has all together!
